Great Product Powermate PM0497000.04 and excellent customer satisfaction, After a straightforward assembly and filling with gas and oil, a fast pull for the cord and it also started up very first time. It ran smooth and quiet. A small sector was missing through the handle so I emailed customer care at powermate and reported the part number that had been missing. I'm happy to report they emailed me back and shipped the part to me in the morning making sure that I possibly could assemble the generator handle properly. Perfect product and superb customer support....Who could require something more!I fitted a transfer switch and wired an online outdoor socket then stored my generator inside shed....All ready for the next power failure.
